Synopsis
The Amazon region will be central to the work; however, we will aim to present readers with works that address more general topics related to Territorialities, Socio-environmental Conflicts and Perspectives on Struggles, such as theoretical and methodological debates, studies and essays on political ecology, climate change, agribusiness, agroecology, traditional peoples, capitalism and the environment, land reform, mining, artisanal mineral extraction, health, as well as any topics that directly impact the lives of populations in the Brazilian and international Amazon region. The idea is to generate reflections that connect the Amazon with more general debates and vice versa. Therefore, it is not mandatory for the text to specifically address the Amazon.
Chapter 6. Identification of socio-environmental forces acting on the increase of vulnerabilities in communities of the Amazon Basin. v. 1, p. 100-125
